Dear Homeowners,
I hereby inform you that I was informed last Friday that there is a leak in the lap pool. I have not been able to inform you earlier, since I was off on holiday and I was travelling at the moment that I was informed about it.
On that day I called Wyndham reception to let them know in the event of any complaints and I rang a leak detection company to come round to verify where the leaking is coming from.
They came yesterday morning to check and they have asked the gardener to make some tests in order to verify if the leak is coming from the bottom of the pool or from the sides, after this they will have a more clear prospect of what is happening.
This obviously affects the functioning of the water heating system since the compensation tank is emptying very fast, so the pool is colder than it should be.
As soon as I have any further news, I will let you know.
